- Single sign-on and a domain management API on every VerifyDMARC plan, including Starter at $25 a month, where dmarcian includes single sign-on and its API on Enterprise only.
- Alerts by email or webhook (Slack, Teams, Discord or your ticketing system) when a domain's DMARC, SPF or TLS setup regresses, so you know straight away if a domain slips back from p=reject.
- Read-only scoped users, so your clients see only their own domains.
- Privacy by design: report data is purged after 90 days, and forensic (RUF) reports, which carry personal data, are not processed.
- Your email content is never read. Aggregate reports carry sending IPs, domain names, message counts and authentication results, not email addresses, subject lines or message bodies.

How we compared
We matched VerifyDMARC Large against the dmarcian Enterprise plan with the closest monthly email limit. dmarcian counts DMARC-capable messages, which is not the same measure as our email limit, so the two limits are similar but not directly comparable. Prices are each provider's published monthly-billing price in US dollars, checked in October 2026. VerifyDMARC prices exclude any applicable taxes. Annual billing, promotions and custom quotes can change the picture.
Providers do not count limits the same way. An email limit may count every message in aggregate reports or only DMARC-capable messages, and a domain limit may count only active domains, so we show dmarcian's own wording. What VerifyDMARC does not do
- We host MTA-STS policies with Managed MTA-STS Hosting (Preview), but not DMARC, SPF or BIMI records, and we do not manage BIMI logo certificates. You publish those records in your own DNS, usually a one-off change, and we check and monitor them from then on. Hosting them suits teams that cannot edit their own DNS.
- We do not process forensic (RUF) reports. Many large mailbox providers no longer send these reports because they contain personally identifiable information (PII), so the reports that do arrive are not representative and add privacy risk.
- We keep report data for 90 days, then purge it. That is enough to find your regular senders and move a domain to p=reject. Choose a provider with longer history if you need it for audit retention or year-on-year trends.
- We do not log in to your DNS or run your DMARC rollout for you. Choose a managed service if you want someone else to do the DNS work.
- There is no free plan, only a 30-day free trial.
